FRAGRANCE
If we do not need it, we do not include it. Every ingredient in our products serves a purpose and is carefully chosen. We try to make our products unscented whenever possible, but for certain products that contain marine active ingredients, we need to mask the smell of some of the active ingredients in order to make them effective.
Some of our URBAN RETREAT product ingredients list the word 'parfum'. We are required to use this term by industry regulations, but to most of us, it means perfume, fragrance, or aroma and describes what it smells like.
We only use one Parfum/Fragrance, which is specially made for us. Some elements of our Parfum/Fragrance are synthetic because the "Natural" alternatives are considered allergens. Our Parfum/Fragrance is certified to be free of allergens, carcinogens, and phthalates.
