For domestic shipments sent within France we use Colissimo (Tracked Services). For international shipments to countries outside of France, we use FEDEX (tracked services).
We offer 2 shipping options for each country we send to: Standard despatch & delivery (tracked) and Priority despatch & delivery (tracked). Where orders qualify for Free Shipping: Standard despatch & delivery (tracked) shipping will apply with the option to upgrade to Priority despatch & delivery (tracked).
If you opt for priority despatch & delivery (tracked) then your order will be despatched as a priority within 24 working hours (this does not include weekends or bank holidays). The estimated delivery times (from despatch) are confirmed at the checkout when you choose your delivery method and this information is carried over to your order confirmation email and order history.
